Candy..Candy..Candy – Needed for our Children’s Harvest Festival. Individually wrapped candy donations can be placed in the designated barrels in the foyer.
Trunk or Treat Participants Needed – Join in the fun, Saturday, October 29th and decorate the trunk of your car, create a game, we will provide the candy for you to hand out at your car during the Harvest Festival. There just might be a prize for the best decorated trunk 🙂 Sign-up in the foyer. For more information, email Pastor Jim.
Youth Bonfire Night – Wednesday, November 2nd, 7pm. Hot Dogs, S’mores and more. Students in grades 6-12 join us and bring a friend.
Spaghetti Dinner and Homemade Cake & Pie Auction – Sunday, October 23rd, 12:30pm in the Gym. All you can eat spaghetti, salad, bread, dessert, and beverage…$8 adults, $5 ages 4-12. Can’t stay ..we will provide a to-go boxes. Monies will be contributed to the renovation of new Sunday School classes in the lower level of the Gym.
Senior Adult Prime-Timers – “Oktoberfest” – Tuesday, October 25th, 12noon in the Chapel. A celebration of a wedding in Munich that took place in the 1800’s – now a time to come together to enjoy life! Come and celebrate Oktoberfest with games, songs, and a great Bavarian luncheon. Let’s kick off the Fall season the ole Bavarian way.
Children’s Harvest Festival & Trunk or Treat – Saturday, October 29th, 1pm-4pm. Inflatables, Slides, Amazing Maze, Petting Zoo, Hay Rides and lots of Candy! Barrels for you to place your donations of individually wrapped candy for our event are in the foyer. For more information, email Pastor Jim.
House Trick or Treat – An extension of our Harvest Festival Community Outreach. If your family would be interested in hosting a trick or treat photo booth/candy giveaway on Monday, October 31st, please contact Pastor Jim.
One2One Community Outreach – Saturday, November 5th, 11am-1pm. Do you like meeting the people of our community and sharing Christ with them? Meet at the church for Prayer, Instruction and Christian Witnessing flyers to hand out. We will go out as a team (1st Saturday of each month) into our community and tell others about Christ. Mission Conference – Sunday, November 13th. Annual Parade of Nations, 10:30am and International Dessert Fellowship, 6pm. If you would like to represent your country in our Parade of Nations, please stop by the table in the foyer to sign-up. Annual New York Fundraising Day Trip – Saturday, November 19th. Support Missions (and have fun doing it)! $55 for Adults and $45 for Students/Child. Did you miss out going last year because there were no more seats? Did you hear about all of the fun and promised yourself this year you were going? Sign-up in the foyer. Payment reserves your seat. Once Upon A Time In December – Friday, December 2nd. Drama and Desserts in the Chapel at 7pm. What if… Joseph, Mary, Elizabeth, the Innkeeper, the Wise men, and Shepherds lived today? What would they look like, how would they dress? What would they say to us about that time so long ago?
Mexico Mission – Construction Trip – January 10th-17th, 2017. A great week to serve doing construction work at Chetumal Bible College. Most needed are plumbers, masons or concrete workers. Cost per person: $624 plus airfare ($450 approx). To sign-up, please email us email@example.com.
Elevate Student Ministries – Lesson Series for the Month of October – ‘Let It Go!’ – gain Freedom from the Prison of Un-forgiveness. Learn how to lead an emotionally vital and spiritually healthy life by learning how to forgive and be forgiven. Wednesdays – 7pm sharp in the Youth Center. Student Café and Game Room is now open at 6:30pm before youth service and after youth service.

The International Men’s Fellowship meets on a Quarterly basis in the Youth Center from 9am – 11am. A light continental breakfast will also be served. The theme for 2017 is “Every Man’s Battle.” Come and learn how to overcome life’s challenges through practical biblical teachings. You are also encouraged to bring your son or any other young man so they too can learn how to face life challenges. Rock Solid – Word of Life Discipleship and Required Membership Classes are continuing in Room CC201 in the Children’s Center Building. Visitors and regular attendees desiring to become members or join in the discipleship lessons are invited to attend. Recent converts are encouraged to attend for discipleship.
