What is habesha easter?

This celebration is a reflection of who we are as a church—one church, many languages, one family. We believe every culture represented in our church is a gift, and we intentionally honor the diversity that makes our community so beautiful. Our Amharic congregation celebrates Easter according to the Gregorian calendar, and this gathering gives us all the opportunity to come together, experience their traditions, and celebrate the resurrection in a way that reflects the richness of our global church family.
