New Children's and Adult Education Building. An additional 27,000 square feet. PRAISE GOD!

  Approximately four years ago we began the planning of our New Children’s and Adult Ministry Building. Now the building is almost complete, perhaps even ahead of schedule. Late this summer the final touches will be added and made ready for use. PRAISE THE LORD! Children are the "Future of Our Faith" and we want to be sure our children become a "Generation That Knows God". Judges 2:10- And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the LORD, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel.

MIRACLE SUNDAY!

The cost of the building is about $5 million. When we started building we had about $2 million saved for that purpose. We have obtained a $2 million Bank Loan and will need an additional $1 million to complete the building. This includes the Children’s and Adult Ministries Building, also a Live-in Apartment, Utility Building, Furniture, Equipment, and a 3D Theater.

 

We Need Everyone’s Help to raise $1 million between now and September 1, 2007. As planned, we would also like to pay the $2 million loan back within three years to avoid paying interest. This will enable us to continue our mission of building Churches, Bible Colleges, and Orphanages around the world.

 

We are designating the FOURTH SUNDAY of each month as "MIRACLE SUNDAY" for the building. I am praying for

Financial Miracles in your life that will enable us to reach these goals as WE CONTINUE THE VISION TOGETHER for HIS KINGDOM AND HIS GLORY.

Malachi 3:10- Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Luke 6:38- Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

 

The call to participate in this stewardship initiative is more than one person’s responsibility; rather it is everyone’s opportunity.  Word of Life finds its fulfillment in serving spiritual food to the hungry… It nourishes our children, gives direction to our young people, and provides a place of worship to the Lord.  Word of Life is a place where people love each other enough to respond together.

 

Giving back to Word of Life helps keep things in perspective.  Life is more than position and material things.  It should be about being obedient to God and coming alongside of Him in whatever He is doing.  One day your gift will be given back to you…as a smile...as a thank you... as a life well-lived.

 

The IMAGINE… initiative is a testimony to Word of Life’s commitment to meet the far- reaching needs of our community and beyond.

 

IMAGINE…this is something: worth working for…worth striving for…worth giving to!

 

It has always been a lifestyle of Word of Life to give so that other people can be a part of this church—with a purpose of coming to Christ.
